Historically, it used to be in the county of Hampshire. It is surrounded by two bodies of water – Christchurch Harbour and Avon Beach. Bournemouth is 7 miles west of Mudeford.

There are plenty of public transport options, with trains going to nearby Christchurch and buses covering the remaining route to the beachfront and Mudeford Quay.

The Beach Huts are accessible from the west by foot, bike or land train from Hengistbury Head car park, if travelling by car. From the east, a passenger ferry runs between Mudeford Quay and Christchurch Quay, where the beach huts can be accessed.

Hut 94 Mudeford Spit, known as Ar Lan Y More, is a modern hut with stunning views over Mudeford Quay and The Priory. Open the french doors, and the views will be mesmerising. It has a super king size comfortable bed with two singles in the mezzanine. Downstairs there are two three quarter size pull out beds.

Complete with hot running water, a four ring gas cooker and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, TV with Freeview, several USB charging points (12 volts only) and DAB radio with Bluetooth. Outside is an 8-seater picnic table, lounge chairs, Weber charcoal BBQ and a cool box for the all-important ice-cold drinks! The shared toilets and shower block with hot water are very close by.
